Earlier today I mentioned I was going to try out a couple of recipes for cinnamon chips so I can make the brown sugar cinnamon cookies....Well, I succeeded.
Recipe #1 didn't work out well. It turned out to be more like brittle. I was going to throw it out but I decided to keep it and use it as cupcake toppers.
Recipe #2 worked out well! Only 2 ingredients.

Melt the chocolate.. and add around 4 T of cinnamon (You can use as little or as much as you'd like). |
|
Fill a piping bag or ziplock bag and snip the tip. Pipe small chips onto wax paper. |
|
Let cool and harden for 30 minutes or so. |
|
VoilĂ ! You now have cinnamon chips! |
|
They're very tasty!
Store them in a cool, dry place.
Happy baking!! |

You don't have to use Wilton brand. You can use any kind of white chocolate bark or melting candy. This is just what I had on hand*
