Recipe #1 didn't work out well. It turned out to be more like brittle. I was going to throw it out but I decided to keep it and use it as cupcake toppers.
Recipe #2 worked out well! Only 2 ingredients.
|Melt the chocolate.. and add around 4 T of cinnamon (You can use as little or as much as you'd like).|
|Fill a piping bag or ziplock bag and snip the tip. Pipe small chips onto wax paper.|
|Let cool and harden for 30 minutes or so.|
|Voilà! You now have cinnamon chips!|
|They're very tasty!|
Store them in a cool, dry place.
